GRACE

Grace discovered her passion for yoga as a teenager and found yoga to be a perfect compliment to her many athletic endeavors and useful to combat stress. She loves the challenge of teaching yoga to a diverse range of practitioners in all kinds of environments.

Her classes are active and playful. Grace's dynamic, creative sequences will challenge and empower you to feel confident in your body while also inviting you to listen to your own inner wisdom and intuition. She is a community builder, creating accessible, safe, and inclusive spaces for mindful movement.
